Picked up a few tenths here. That wind last night was wicked.

Last year on 1/10 I was to fly from PHL to Phoenix and was cancelled cause of Charolette getting ice. this year, I fly 1/9 Harrisburg-Dulles-Orlando to goto Disney world. Really hoping I’m not dealing with cancelled flights on the same days a year later lol.

Wind already ripping down here. Sitting at 55 degrees. But taking the family hiking tomorrow so the cold weather will be better than what it was on Saturday at 77 freaking degrees! .

Currently 50.1/47.4 with light rain and WSW winds 7 G20. 'High' was about 6 am at 53.1 degrees as the rain started. Another night where it was in upper 30's at midnight and rose to a early morning high for the period.

I get motion sickness in some of the taller buildings. I worked for a week in WTC 4 a few years ago and went home every day feeling like I was on a boat. Also had a sobering moment in a cocktail bar on the 60th floor of a building when I went to look out the window and noticed the shades swaying side to side.

Dense, snow eating fog since before midnight here. It ripened the snowpack in a hurry and as the temp got over about 35° the melt started running down the driveway. Where salt got to is just wet now but untreated spots are sketchy.

Hopefully lots of trees drooping and dropping up there. Congrats

Still 33 here. Heard our parking lot and all the well locations are straight up slick ice. Gonna be another fun day...

Legit nasty conditions this morning. A little surprised with the good dendrites with the high winds, but we have been in the good reflectivities. Tough measure though with it blowing around. Some spots have 2", others have 0.5", and so on and so forth. We'll call it an inch I guess. Regardless, everything covered up again and winter has come back for a bit.

Yep today is going to be a shock to the system. We are going to lose about 40 to 50 degrees from where we were this weekend to what we will be seeing tomorrow morning. Also the wind is going to be ripping.
