Snow has not fully given up in Canton but it is pinging louder and louder. Mix of sleet and tiny flakes. Wonder if this is sub warm nose snow growth or just rimed flakes. I’m at about 6.75 on the deck. Someone somewhere around here could probably measure 7 legitimately.

Not much freezing rain in north Longview from this event. Less than 0.1". 1.5"-2" sleet. QPF way underperformed. Pretty much all models had a 2"+ bullseye in NE TX. Isolated areas may have verified but I'm guessing precip was overdone for many areas.

Don't measure in the grass. Use a snowboard or something else solid and flat.
