  3. Dumping at Killington. This initial batch got a bit farther north than modeled
  4. Snowing moderately and accumulating. Temp is 32.6
  5. 6z GFS brings back the storm for next Sunday for NC/VA
  6. Roads are starting to get stylishly slushy finally, I think the cold was better and the storms producing better then models were saying. Was supposed to be middle to upper 30s on some of the future casts i had seen and so far is freezing and been there.
  7. They don’t call it Sunday Funday for nothing. Oh you are talking about snow
  8. Yep. I’ve been down to Mattapoisett. Beautiful part of the south coast.
  9. Performance. (electric) guitar. He's a metalhead. Everything he plays and writes is very heavy. He loves it there, surrounded by his people. We'll see what happens. Tabor is beautiful. I went to Moses Brown in PVD from 6th grade thru HS and we played against Tabor in a few different sports. Very fancy. Steady snow continues. Grass getting covered. Brutal cut off just south of S. Wey......yikes
  10. Cloudy and 28.9/23.3 at 8:15 am here. A 26.8 low. Few flurries around midnight, not even enough to cover the ground or objects, on to the next.
  11. Typical warm tongue storm atleast the gfs isn't the only one showing this now.
  12. Yeah, he will do fine, 4-6” for most IMO. Like I said in my previous post, man’s someone does 7”’ somewhere from like Attleboro to Easton
  13. 0815 AM SNOW 3 WNW FLAT ROCK 32.56N 84.91W 01/18/2026 M1.5 INCH MUSCOGEE GA PUBLIC PUBLIC REPORT ON SOCIAL MEDIA OF 1.5 INCHES OF ACCUMULATION ON THE NORTHEAST SIDE OF COLUMBUS NEAR THE MAPLE RIDGE AREA.
  14. The cold will be coming, it’s 27 here. Moderate snow, roads are covered.
  15. Yeah--Shaheen was also really good as a player. I was living in NJ for a couple years. My ex was a SH grad I spent a lot of time back then watching games at the Continental Airlines Arena......being one of many people cheering for UConn.
  16. I think the box map looks pretty good to be honest, widespread 4-6” pretty much across the board. We definitely lost the slightly juicier solutions that were doing 6-8”, but not a huge difference. I do think someone in maybe an Attleboro to Easton area could do 6 or 7” and box has also highlighted that potential
  17. This was always a 2-5, spot 6 type of deal. maybe someone surprises with higher
  18. It is difficult these days trying to find people that want to actually work and not be some social media moron. My wife's cousin, a few years older than me, has a well established hard wood flooring business. His partner is retiring soon so they've been looking for a young buck for years to teach the trade to and eventually sell the business to. No luck. Once someone is told to put their phone down and work they get turned off. The guy says he wished he was 20 years younger because all the guys that currently know the trade are retiring so whoever is left with the skill will be making a true killing in the future. Anyway, that doesn't solve the messed up roads again today. Maybe they were caught off guard again because everyone got used to storms often not panning out? This year has been different. Very light snow here, unofficial deck measurement of 1" new, 29/27.
  19. Thats the way I see it as well. We should have a few windows into February too. I think most areas will make a run at average totals when it's all said and done.
  20. VID_20260118_081626~2.mp4 From my father-in-law in Destin FL. Two years in a row now we are getting skunked by parts of FL.
  21. Big fluffy pillow flakes falling right now, stacking up pretty quick again. 1.5”
  22. Rain. Not surprised. Very little in any consistency in guidance that showed accumulating snow outside the favored far north regions.
  23. Moderate snow, 0.6" so far....snow on top of snow is always nice. The view outside my window is what I can imagine Powderfreak experiences on a normal basis, getting it down here definitely makes it pretty special. 28.4 currently
  24. On that map, I'm mid-way on a line between Acushnet and Wareham.......if that's snow, I'll say FTW.
