Steady heavy rain up north and hit or miss storms around here. That will be frustrating as usual.

Man over the past 2-3 days it seems like everyone's grass just gave up the ghost and is burned to a crisp.   Ground is like concrete and cracking everywhere too.

Still mostly green here in my neck of the woods in Frederick...basically the complete opposite of the last two years.  Too bad those wins haven't translated to more in the way of quality snowstorms.

The wind has been something, too...played some basketball today and had to aim the ball 3 feet to the left of the rim when shooting three-pointers to offset that westerly breeze.

Forecast here is for 0.75" to 1.25" for Monday/Monday night. I have seen that sort of thing multiple times over the past few weeks, only to get next to nothing. I will believe it when I see it lol.

Mount Holly more bullish with the heavy rain wording, we shall see. Good luck !

NAM trended south over our area for heavy rain tomorrow. 1-2" across the area. Fingers crossed

Happy Summer!  Actually, daylight starts to shorten less than a second today as sun angle heads back toward winter.....sunrise: 5:42am; sunset 8:40pm in Frederick.

Summer softball started last week and we’ve been loving the low dews. Probably gonna pay for it come July though haha

Loving it. My wife's newly put in plants... did not like it. Solstice + 40's dews + full sun  = Toasted.

Surprised to see 1/2 - 3/4" in my forecast for both tomorrow and tomorrow night.  I predict by tonight's update those totals get cut in half, and by tomorrow mornings's they get cut in half again.  In the end, I get less than 1/4".
