I think it might be possible for that 20" mark to make it into the Boston area. Not sure but possible. I don't think this will be exclusively just for SE Mass situation. The big variable will be how wound up and compact this gets, and how fast it ends up moving. That will be the difference for widespread amounts over 20 inches.
