right now the GFS is alone with anything significant that ain't a cut or whiff, but all have something in that time frame that can pop, we'll see and maybe a convergence comes about for something good, at least we track...

looks like any warmup is pretty brief with the -WPO building poleward... with some Canadian ridging / low NATL heights lingering, would remain conducive to some marginal threats

Definitely a yore feel with the bottom falling out in the pits on a nightly basis though.

Yea could be. I saw some other buoys that were colder. All the bays around here are locked solid.

Just looked at some buoys. Warmest was 41 well ENE of Rockport. Maybe a whale peed on it. BOS harbor 38.8. Cape cod harbor 32 lol. Upper 30s off Maine. Even the one south of Block Island is 39.

Pretty much anything abeam of the NH/MA border and points up into the GOM is what is relevant for me. If I am getting SE winds off of Mass Bay, then it's not my storm, anyway.

My one regret this winter is not having a better December into MLK weekend. I know it was better at a rest stop off I-84 in CT, but felt like we left some on the table.

For me, missing out on the 1/31-2-1 storm was a kick in the nuts, only because of the potential impact/snow depth possibilities. Overall, hard to complain locally though.

Not really. With the cold and other areas taking advantage of it, left a little to be desired. 
 

But it needs to continue otherwise it’s forgettable.

AI products are presenting un-good continuity from what I've just analyzed spanning their last 6 cycles.   why any preferences and or judgements are formulated out of those tools, for the time being, is a mystery to me.

Regret is probably not the best wording. Sort of takes away from the winter you could say. Again just talking that period.
