Some areas are doing well but not the majority. Every time we start building a base, it gets knocked back. I’m near 40” on the season but haven’t gotten to 10” otg at any point. It’s been below normal in terms of snowpack. In fact, I bet even the mountains are only doing well north of I-89.

Not sure...as first she said yes, then no...I hope she did because if not, it's more disconcerting.
