So my wife has the 1 weather app on her phone which shows 22"+ between Sat-Mon.  And while that is comical and I keep telling her to delete that garbage, my WU app is showing 10.7" for the same timeframe.  The socials and webs are going to be chaos in 48 hours if we are still seeing models spit this out.  

Oh, and am NOT losing my dinner reservation at the Angus Barn in Raleigh on Saturday afternoon.  I don't care if we look like Kamchatka I'm getting that steak!

Actually transitions to a pretty nasty ice storm and some snow for most of SC, temps go down into the the low 20s.

This is what I’m worried about Buckeye.  EPS and Canadian Emsembles are really hinting at this being a very good possibility with the American on an island that pushes the ridge out yielding colder upper levels.  I would prefer no precipitation if a crippling ice storm were to hit large portions of the Carolinas.

Models hinting at another winter storm possibility the following weekend, 30/31st.  Interesting period upcoming in the SE.

Will have the LP tank refilled this week and test the generator for sure.
