I remeber hearing the quote "historic torch coming" regarding Christmas Week about ten days ago. Things do change in ten days.

It's obviously subject to change, but there's a decent consensus that it'll start Friday late afternoon/early evening.

Yeah, most long range forecasts, after the previous snow, said no more chances until after New Years...
