Days over 90° should probably be double what they are in Greenfield this summer but it’s just always cloudy now.

Always cloudy, and always windy. I think this past spring was the windiest on record across the US

Hope this wont be a Aug 24 repeat…

If this continues to backbuild....but the rates aren't what they were last year, so I doubt it. My friend up in the Purchase has over 3 inches already, I'm pushing 2 so far and it is pouring again. The amount of flash flooding around the country over the past few weeks has been unreal. It doesn't just rain anymore, amounts are pushing what we would see for snowfall totals in the winter.

With over 5” this month and high dews no worries on dryness. If we get thru another 7-10 days of no rain.. then he’s dripping Roman helmets

He ran away, but I see him in the distance…hopping from tree to tree…hiding but slowly coming closer.

Anybody on here developed or know anyone who has developed Alpha-gal syndrome from a tick bite in this area?

I'm beginning to have my suspicions.

Confirmed to be on Cape Cod and possibly the South Shore.
Not enough information to confirm for other parts of the state.

The Lonestar ticks are pretty discernible from deer ticks and dog ticks.

Obviously, it becomes a more tenuous situation if a nymph bites you because you might never see or feel it.
