The weather in Baltimore (MD Science Center) and DC could be very different (or anywhere else for that matter). Especially in a month where backdoor fronts can easily cause a 30 degree temperature delta between NoVA and the M/D line. The warmest day was the 24th with a 91.5 degree reading. Averaged low was 59.8 degrees vs a normal of 57.3 degrees, a +2.5 degrees above average. The coolest temp recorded was 40.2 degrees on the 2nd. Overall averaged temp was 71.4 degrees vs a normal of 68.8 degrees, a +2.6 degrees above average. Total rainfall was 2.93 inches vs a normal of 4.20 inches, -1.27 inches below average. The wettest day was the 28th with 0.68 inches falling. There were 14 days with measurable, 4 days with a 'T' and 12 dry days. Highest wind recorded was 37 mph on the 1st. One new record, a 'warm minimum', set on the 25th. A cool start to the month turned warm and humid by mid-month and stayed there, fairly dry for June.
