The good news for flooding is this is all spread out quite a bit over days and days. 1

SouthCoastMA
Definitely a somewhat mild weekend south and east, and looks mostly dry. Barely a half inch of precip through Tuesday AM on most models, here..before it all slides east.

Nothing like a beautiful landscape to look out upon . Weed free , green , leaves on trees . The small things in life mean a lot to me . It’s a lot of work each week .. already pruning shrubs etc. but it’s worth it 1

After a while, you just sort of accept that you won’t walk them off-property every time they go outside (for their entire life, ha). I respect it though, my dad makes us take the dog across the street to the woods when we visit. If only a couple days, you can keep a dog off a lawn. But long term never going to happen.

I gave up too, years ago, I've had 4 females, and they always burn spots. I lost my dog of 15 years a few weeks ago but adopted an awesome puppy last week. I wish I could post the pic but having troubles. Edit: did it

I’ve come to fully accept cold season QPF deficits followed by QPF bull’s-eye for warm season. I guess I won’t do any planting this week because seeds will be washed away and roots will rot.
