0.13" in 1 minute. I don't think I've ever done that before.

Congrads...sun is now out.    Took all day but made it up to .17"  A couple of quick one or two minute downpours and then mostly off and on brief showers...   Really need a good soak now.  Maybe Monday but I'm worried that will be one for SNE....

What kind of station is it?  I need to get one for Pit2.  I'm not going to spring for another DP2, though.  I welcome recommendations.

Davis VP2...took the data from wxlink and edited out the excessive data. You can view my week of raw data at the link. Just turn off word wrapping in your browser so that it stays properly formatted (in FF...view>page style>basic).

We may have made it to 0.20" but gauge was plugged and only reading 0.10"

Only .17" today.   After the line went through I got the drone up for a spin.  The Cu were very low so I knew it would be easy to puncture them to get a look around.  Takes a little bit to get through them but wait...real nice views over the top.  Love my toy!!

That's awesome above the clouds!  Easily my favorite types of views from the mountain.  The drone is very cool as it gives you a mountain-type experience wherever you are...the world is very cool from 1,000ft above the surface.

Some cool storm clouds and structure today...very localized cells this evening after the widespread rain/thunder this morning.

Approaching storm later this afternoon.  We got a nice gust front though very little rain that barely wet the ground in the form of big fat scattered drops.

This was in the backyard down by the river and gave a good view of a single cell that was well northwest of me, mostly impacting the western slopes and dropped up to 1.9" of rain based on PWS from Jericho to Jeffersonville and Waterville.

I love my drone too. We had a valley fog on Thursday morning so I took it up a little after sunrise and shot this video. The fog was only about 350-400 feet thick so I was easily able to get above it. The mountains rise above the fog, forming islands in a white "sea". You can see Mt. Greylock to the north (looks like a saddleback from the south, which is why it's sometimes called Saddleback Mountain).
