packbacker
Sref surface low is the same as 15z, precip maybe a little wetter farther north? Might look the same it's a good run. Very similar to 15z..maybe not quite as far west in TN? I'm only comparing the 57 hr map. Comparing the SLP track at hour 60 on the 21z to the 66 on the 15z it tick SE a little, maybe 10-20 miles. Splitting hairs...
superjames1992
The 21z SREF plumes are now up to nearly 6" at GSO... About 0.5" of that is from tomorrow's event. QPF was down by a few hundredths, but whatever mixing existed on the 15Z from amped members must be gone. The best clustering is around 6-8". franklin NCwx
Mean bumped up 1/2 inch up to 8 now. About 2 inches of that is from tonights snow so more likely 6 inches.

RaleighWx
Some of the SREF totals are also from event tomorrow. Now 2-3 for just east of RDU
Wow
the 15z had one member that sent a low into east tenn. lol, yeah i saw that one. just fixing that one is probably why the amts were a bit less in TN.
packbacker
For RDU the mean for the Wed/Thur deal is a little over 5.5" and it's 2.2" for tomorrow, bumped way up tomorrow. The 15z was 1" for tomorrow and 6" for Wed/Thurs, give or take.

SnowGoose69
I would generally like to see the SREFs more north at this range as that is their usual bias, amped wet and north beyond 36-
downeastnc
21z SREF plumes 7.57" mean for RDU Yep just about all of them in central and eastern NC are in that range now, pretty sweet to see them actually going up a bit as we get closer to onset usually works the other way around. If not, may be a good indicator for Weds night
Iceagewhereartthou
That's from 9 hours ago. Would be nice if for once, we could get a SNOWSTORM that wasn't a fast mover. Rainstorms last for days but snow always seems to be bookin it for some reason.

burgertime
21Z SREF decreased amounts for CLT ... not good trends. Don't get worried. I would guess it was probably due to some warmth. That happens a lot on the SREF. This is our storm.

If your looking for the best "stickage" this may be the better of the two. Roads would immediately get covered tomorrow whereas the Wednesday night storm may have some issues accumulating on pavement (at first). **Already down to 30.7 here at the house.
