August Posted January 23, 2015 Share Posted January 23, 2015 anyone else here try to subtract 1-2deg C from current temps (imagine global warming wasn't happening) to get an idea of what this same storm would have been like in the 1800s? It's moved east enough now to not be in a great position but with the track of the low pressure we do not need a solid high to be in it's typical snow producing location.
