Heck you have a ~1-2" head start on most. 8-12" a solid call in that area. A little over 12 may be realized but that will ultimately depend on how the details play out later this afternoon thru tonight with regard to any heavy banding and the any push of midlevel warming up this way. Here, too (Forest Hills) ... love these days with the constant light snow. Beautiful outside! Radar presentation is great for the NYC metro with light snow now extending all the way back through PA.
