getting married this saturday evening on the lower west side so i really hope the projected front is slow to move through. euro doesnt have precip until after midnite while gfs is faster bringing showers in by 6pm, just in time for my OUTDOOR ceremony. i mean, im pretty terrible at weather forecasting besides winter storms....scratch that, im pretty terrible at that too. so anyone better skilled, at least lie to me that it wont rain until after midnite lol.

Congrats dude. Got married Sept 9th and it was originally forecast to rain but the front sped up and it was beautiful for outdoor ceremony. Wish you the same luck.

Honeymooning in Kauai as we speak. Weather here is interesting w the mountains dominating the weather.

so far NYC's September minimum is 51...that's four degrees above the average September minimum...It might get cooler by months end but who knows...June is the only month since last October with a minimum lower than the month average...August was the only month with a max lower than average...

for the time being...

True but if things break right and improve slightly with some teleconnections, we may be headed directly for an 02-03 type winter. Cold from early-mid October-Mid April. May as well prepare yourself now. Bye bye torch...................................

maybe.
