  1. It's like deja vu with Blizz every single month.
  2. Looks like we lost a great poster in the CC forum. His factual knowledge and science based post will be missed greatly.
  3. Climate denial has nothing to do with the topic we're talking about so i don't know why you keep bringing it up in this conversation. Your first statement was incorrect in which i wanted to point it out to you. You made it out as if we are worst off then 2012 which is not true. Volume is around 2013 I'm not denying that as both Piomas and Cryosat show. Hycom does have flaws I'm not saying its worthless but they have been talked about many times on here in the past.
  4. Indeed like trying to skew someones post.
  5. We seem to go down this path once a month.
  6. It looks like DMI has removed the sea level contribution charts as i don't see them on the site anymore. Albedo is much better when compared to last year at this time because of the slow start to the season.
  7. Interestingly this year we have seen less surface melt then even 2013 so far for the start of the season.
  8. One could probably argue we are possibly looking at the beginning stages of -AMO regime but we are far from a full out -AMO the numbers speak for them selves. 2014 -0.042 -0.023 -0.061 -0.074 0.019 0.082 0.242 0.355 0.330 0.312 0.085 0.079 1975 -0.260 -0.325 -0.296 -0.332 -0.375 -0.282 -0.258 -0.172 -0.323 -0.340 -0.328 -0.308
  9. Well if you're actually able to post quality stuff why wouldn't you do it all the time?
  10. Can we make that permanent.
  11. Lmao at people trying to attack ORH and calling him a denier. Nobody else besides him and say Skier has contributed more in this forum with scientific and factual information over the years. It's comical that those who add nothing to the forum and continue to post baseless opinions are the ones that think they have the correct views and would attack someone who actually does provide factual information on all aspects of climate change.
  12. Indeed I don't have the time to dig up the post. If I remember correctly I think it was brought up after the potent storm in early August 2012 ripped through the western CAB. So if you go back in the sea ice thread to around that time you will see it.
  13. No doubt you would have been all over that bandwagon.
  14. Agreed well said. I still liked the talk of warm core tropical like storm systems in the arctic at the time.
  15. I'm glad we have someone that's capable of predicting the weather pattern for the entire melt season so far in advance. Yes we see it all the time. I mentioned it once before but i guess you choose to ignore it that the graphics will always show above normal 2m temps even for average weather because of the long term warming that has gone on in the arctic. They usually use 1981-2010 climo so because the arctic is the warmest decade in observations it will show above average 2m temps on top of the actual weather pattern because of the colder 80's-90's data.
  16. Well lets get serious climate change is not on the top of the list for problems for Americans and won't be any time soon as it's not affecting our daily lives in a serious threatening way that is just a fact. This is why people jump on you if you are going to make statements around here you need to support it with some real factual evidence. This is what the forum is about. There is a difference of having a factual opinion and that of just baseless nonsense that isn't supported by scientific literature or factual information. Perfect example you just stated ORH is in ''another world'' in the sea ice thread after he posted ''there's been solid gains on last year over the past month'' while posting a graphic image that supports his statement. Now where is your evidence that he is wrong and in another world i won't hold my breath.
  17. Well i need to understand what you mean, what am i so confident in? No doubt there are people like that I'm not going to deny that but you basically fall in that same category on the opposite spectrum of the debate. Two days ago you stated we will never see a -PDO again or a la Nina where is the science in that statement, you didn't even post any literature to support that absurd claim. I'm getting the feeling you are mistakenly taking this forum as an activist lair and not the ''Science" forum that it is.
  18. No need just continue with your rhetoric it'll be a matter of time before you get the boot. It's kind of sad that you are so brainwashed to not understand how out of touch you are around here. I've never seen someone make up so much garbage baseless statements that have constantly needed to be corrected yet think they're so correct and factual.
  19. It will be a lot sooner then you think.
  20. Just his usual disinformation. You must have missed the memo that the earth hit a tipping point no more natural variability and now everything we know including observational data can now be thrown out we are doomed. How are we suppose to reason with someone like this.
  21. What's screaming at me? The fact that the Earth this past decade has been the warmest in instrumental observations, at which we now have an El Nino gaining steam which will cause us to break a new global record gee who would of thought.
  22. Yea i choose to ignore and not take you seriously when you continue to post disinformation. Yea I'm starting to lean towards straight trolling.
  23. I don't think anyone here takes anything he post seriously.
