Those amounts aren't enough to do anything. they've already evaporated. You need inches of rain to have an effect of daytime temps..Not a tip of the grass wetting

All rain does something. From the .15" I received, I had a wet lawn until 10:00a.m. A little is always better than none and always helps, even in small ways.

No. You need at least + 18 and more realistically +20
