  1. Past hour
  2. The Canadian is pretty much a carbon copy of todays snow map debacle. This shit is getting old man.
  3. at least boston gets a blizzard https://www.tropicaltidbits.com/analysis/models/gfs/2026013012/gfs_mslp_pcpn_us_33.png
  4. Canadian is similar, further east though and a scraper. 1008 low also.
  5. 8.9°F this morning. Coldest of the year so far but tonight should be colder if winds go calm. Interested to see what spots can radiate good tonight, wouldn't be surprised to see double digit negatives in the pine barrens of LI and NJ and other isolated low lying areas
  6. WxUSAF needs to come back and rescue his storm
  7. I think 43 may be the coldest airmass on record for up here…afternoon high on 2/15 was -7 at CEF CON and PWM had all time record lows of -37 and -39. But yeah, there was some rad cooling the morning of the 16th with WAA all day. CEF only had a high of 15° in the hourlies for 2/16 though so I can’t really comment on that ORH 24°.
  8. RAP has a later start time also for MBY. 4am
  9. Jess talk of heating costs and pond dice thickness for weeks and weeks.
  10. Hopefully we can at least cover the grass again because it’s ugly after being smushed by the glacier.
  11. My son in Topsail Beach with zero plows is expecting 6 to 12. He could use some fast flow and interference. And again next week. Man no way can they handle that
  12. I guess I'm just not willing to sweat this one yet. Trends aren't awesome. Long as it doesn't turn into an OBX bomb like the GFS I won't lose much sleep. Hearing some chatter from Tomer + others for mid-Atlantic threat mid-month. Probably on the one day it would be horrifically inconvenient for me and my folks. Think we'll have something else to track even if this window totally evaporates in the next 2 days.
  13. Lets see what the euro shows. RIC only needs a small nw move by tomorrow am
  14. Nobody hates lol. We bust and tease…
  15. GFS drops the hammer over central-eastern NC next Thursday
  16. Spoke too soon. Steady light snow just started here; small flakes. Mountains to my north are whited out. Cloud layer is rather thiñ as dim sun filtering through.
  17. My question is----will get mail today? I think my odds are better than trying to forecast this storm correctly.
