Every little chance of rain, weaknesses in the subtropical ridge, and frontal boundaries, are dumping rain on us. We had a 10 percent chance of a weak frontal boundary this afternoon. Well guess what we got smacked by 1.3 inches of torrential rain. Now we are up to 35.7 inches. Hard to believe nearly 3 FEET by early August down here!
