  1. Past hour
  2. 66 and mostly sunny. Wonderful! Took the kiddo to the park and enjoyed soaking in the sun.
  3. Meanwhile, 18z NAM has .1 to .15" qpf as snow during the day Sunday and HRRR seems like it's going to do the same. Others can argue about accumulation.
  4. EWs: 1. ~100% chance for SSWE Mar 4th 2. Last 2 runs: Week 6, Apr 6-12, is coldest week in absolutes! Not easy to do in spring!
  5. In Long Beach today, lots of bare spots in exposed sunny places.
  6. I think the neighborhood piles will all be gone by next weekend in Columbia. But parking lot piles have tons of life left.
  7. Same here, but getting bare spots in the usual locations... where there wasn't much snow in the first place with good sun exposure. Otherwise, still deep snow cover. We hit 56⁰ today. 49⁰ now
  8. As I stated earlier his map is definitely good, but the 30+ zone is slightly smaller in area coverage than what his map includes.
  9. 5 out of the last 7 years it has snowed during my company's annual meeting in La Crosse Wisconsin in early April it could happen again
  10. It’s going quick, grass halos under every south facing tree. What a run though, was pretty awesome. Zero complaints
  11. i saw many people not even wearing coats but jackets today while i was wearing a coat a hoodie a hat and gloves..
  12. Despite dire predictions by some- no ice jams locally again this year. Gradual warmup, no flooding rains and sunshine already have already had their effect. Local rivers in good shape. Ice in mid Delaware River is about gone, for example. .
  13. Definitely installing next week so I don’t have to sweat while doing it in the warmth.
  14. Snow piles holding on into march is good for these parts. Beautiful day.
  15. I think we ended up with a half inch of slop. Lol But it was getting built up leading up to it.
  16. Good question. I can't remember why he disappeared.
  17. Good point. Calling the past 5 or 6 years the new normal is no more accurate than doing so in 2018 would have been. We just don't know about snowfall and the main consistency in the patterns has been the inconsistency. We do know that it's been considerably warmer on average, for whatever reasons. It was nice that this winter bucked the trend. I suspect there will be more decent winters ahead, but don't ask me which
  18. Hit 55 and there are rivers of snow melt on the roads. However we still have a healthy pack.
