We all know that cold/snowy winters are becoming much less frequent due to climate change. Most winters will be warm, but we'll likely still get a cold/snowy winter every once in awhile like we had this past winter.

New Orleans and Pensacola had a blizzard  2 years ago.  We are aways away from snowless around here.

Some of the most intense rains earlier I've ever driven in.  

Took a track patrol on nj transit coast line before. Crossing the Raritan river looked like a water spout east of us.  Pretty incredible stuff when you're in such a wide open area.
