KeenerWx
Through first half of the month: 2 SVR Watch, 1 TOR Watch, 1 SVR Warning, 1 TOR Warning & 2 High Wind Warnings. Suppose an alleged cherry on top would be some winter headline, but I’m done with snow tbh. Am entertained.

Did see a -2 at the normal low spot on my drive into work. Black River Falls dipped to at least -9, Fort McCoy to at least -

My deck pops a lot when that happens, and when we have a svr cold snap for a longer period, my house starts to pop. Makes you jump its so loud. Have to replace some deck screws every few yrs because they break.

Just shows how it all ebbs and flows over the years. The snowcover lover in me could never give this winter below a B...it was a real "wintry winter" but this is 2 years in a row snowcover and cold outpaced snowfall. Total irony in that the assumptions that winter trends would be decreasing snowcover even with steady snowfall.
Torchageddon
It was -11C this morning, chill of ~-18C. Woke to see whiteouts. With those winds I wouldn't be shocked if there were blizzard conditions in rural spots. I prefer the wx I had 14 years ago where it was 24C and partly sunny.
