Some of the models had some dry air south of rt 2. This would be deep enough that it’s not entirely a valley issue.

We went from not a single flake  to heavy snow. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen that happen outside of a squall.

Let’s hope we can hold onto it for an hour or two.

29 F here.  It started lightly snowing around 5:40.  We have a solid 1" to 1.5".  I took my dog out for last call and I know its not as dry as the last storm since a lot of it stuck to my dog like dingle berries after a beer and pizza party.

Definitely fought some drier air at the onset.  Was light under heavier echos.  Once it got going ground truth matched radar most of the commute home from Portsmouth.
