True story re 93 Blizzard. I was in Charlotte area for ACC Basketball Tourney… headed into town in my Jeep…when over my radio… “ Blizzard Warning, if you are in your car, get off the highway immediately and seek shelter..”

If FV3 is any indication we are going to like it. H5 looked a tad better than what the NAM just showed. Usually a precursor to what the GFS will show us.

Nowhere close. Much further east still. And it’s NAM at 84. The move towards the GFS in phasing and upper levels is what we wanted to see and the trends are good.

The overwhelming sense of modeling de javu should not be lost on this board.  Not invested until the dropsonde data is ingested tomorrow.  Thats when we went to sh*t last week.  Show me model alignment on a Miller A on Thursday morning and I'll bite.  In the meantime, add these runs to the digital snow thread.  What a season!
