Balmy 14.9 degrees / dp of -3.5, a few miles southwest of Hagerstown.  Was forecasted to hit a high of 19, not sure we are going to get there.

19 degrees and first flakes! Extremely light and you have to concentrate to see them but considering how quick I'll probably flip to sleet, every single flake counts lol. 

NWS forecast for onset of accum precip is 7pm but anything that falls will stick so hopefully I can get some bonus snow

I noticed we have some light virga making it into LWX radar zone.  I feel like often these juiced WAA portions always start a little earlier than progged.

My friends in Brentwood just south of the city flipped to sleet at 2:09PM. Radarscope precipitation type still showing snow but correlation coefficient clearly shows the sleet line up into Nashville now.

Seeing decent returns streaming into Roanoke. If those actually start accumulating then start time is ahead of schedule down here. Right now it's just light flurries to the east of that.
