Up in NYC since last night for holiday lights and a show with Beth and the kids and haven’t been following the models today - but the WWA up here just upped to 3” - 5” up to 6”  for this area.

45/33 in Haymarket at 3:35. Not expecting to see any white on the ground tomorrow am. In my experience these setups usually do much better at least 75 miles north and east of here.

At one point the HRRR wanted to pump us to the mid-upper 40s.  I topped out at 42 also.

BWI has been as warm as approx 42 today. 
 

I’m a 20-min drive from BWI — generally to the west — to Columbia and have stayed at 37 for hi temp so far.  Just a little elevation helps.

I’d probably make a 1.5 hour drive home for a 2-3” event and free lodging & food if I wouldn’t need to turn around just a few hours later. But this isn’t a big dog. You’d be okay to stay put.
 

If you’ve got no reason to be in Cville any longer for the semester, I’d rally back for sure.
