Nope, I'm sure some mangled flakes will make it to the valley floor for some, But it will be dependent on how much cold air gets worked in and how soon it happens. CoastalWx Posted October 16, 2020 Share Posted October 16, 2020 Hard to try and compare this to something in winter, but this could have been a nasty rain to freezing rain and sleet mess in a lot of areas with a blitz in western CT/MA into VT and NH.
