Would be a sweet look 30+ days from now with longer wavelengths.

If things can work in our favor I could see a shot at accumulating snow in early November. I actually wouldn't mind a front loaded winter and get all our snow through January and then warm up in February and get an early spring

More likely a non front loaded winter and then a greater warm up in Jan and an early spring in Feb lol

That’s crazy if you’ve only had around 2” this month!

Just north of you there are 60+ CoCoRAHS stations in VT with >4.0” this month and 14 stations with >6.0”.

Its been a wet month overall in VT.

About 2.25” to be precise.

A lot of the heavier rains scooted N or E of us.

Why punt February when some of our all time blockbusters have developed and mauled us that month?

Wizzy doesn’t like the cold, it make its hair frizzy.

Pretty much this.

The past few years have been annoying with brutal cold into May. I'd rather just deal with it now and get it over with.

I totally see the point about the cooler air quickly undercutting activity tomorrow, but there is a window...albeit brief where there is an impressive overlap of parameters. Even looks like some 350K theta-e air poking into the area. Lapse rates may not be much but that could yield some pretty decent MLCAPE values
