that would be a correct assessment ...

The southern stream is holding out identity 3 to 6 hours longer but the N stream is actually more aggressive too, in nosing in... This capture should be interesting here in a few -

Yeah you can see that at hr 39. Nice extension NW if that srn stream vorticty.

you know... not because of the snow or the storm ...or whatever, I just want the NAM to take everyone to the wood shed as the underdawg schit eater model...

18Z NAM looks like an great run, a bit further east down near the Carolina's, but looks to make a pinwheel move as a bit of energy is left behind causing a due north move from 35N to 40N. Ends up tucking in south of Cape Cod with a nice precip field explosion.

honestly that looks a little like an imitation of the RGEM's 06z run ... weird.

48 hour panel settles it; more phased... The N/stream 528 DAM contouring is now circumvallate...so while it may not be total, it definitely trended yet more toward that -

Mid levels absolutely supports this solution

I know it !

that's the dog in the race there, in that it's not like it's bad within it's own construct.  You don't really have criticisms ...it's all really whether there's agreement with other models..  fascinating.

This may one time where the clown maps are actually LESS than what happens...

Alright... calm down John.   We are t-minus 9 hours and counting before the Euro crashes the party with another p.o.s. solution -

look at all that hypercyclonic upflow sloping, I'm super psyched for the mountains of northern vermont

Perfect setup...forget the nuclear midlevel frontogenesis this run.

One my old favorite technological stomping grounds, the NAM FOUS (FRH grid) has 11" of snow in 6hours at Logan with sustained middle BL flow nearing 40 kts!

Can you say, Logan shut down?

Tip - this one has definitely sparked your imagination.  I hope it comes true.

He loves spring storms.  Blue bombs...reminiscing about laying on the Bougouis Beach while parachutes fall near Fox Hall...

I’m expecting the next Euro to split the difference between its last two runs...

We’ve seen this play before...but the NAM solution has me salivating

a few things

didnt every model move east this afternoon? regardless of a better precip field or inv trough or any of the such, wasn't there some kind of escape east?

make fun of the euro all you want but it could be onto something

wouldn't be the first time box jumped the gun so to speak

seems to me all thats needed is a "tightening" of a precip shield or another jog east and you will want to be east of orh
