Lately I've been perfectly positioned so that the heavy stuff either goes North, or Northwest of me. 78°, and even though the dewpoint is up, it still feels pretty cool out. Those are false returns, happens all the time in summer with warm humid air over the ocean. Notice the echos by and large remain over the same place.
