ariof Posted February 2, 2015 Share Posted February 2, 2015 Pouring snow here. Got to be at least 8" already and temp is up to 29. Watching channel 5, and there temp has dropped from 27 to 17 in the last hour in Needham. Looking at the Wunderground weather stations, looks like the coastal front reached a OWD-Needham-Waban-Belmont-West Medford-Stoneham-Danvers-Ipswich line around 9 a.m. and has been pushing slowly back to the coast since. Although south of OWD it might be pushing inland while the northern part moves towards the coast. Strong front, tooL 28-30 east of it, 12-14 west. Fun to watch these very small scale features. ENY and parts of WNE may reach 12" if the back edge can hold together, and the Hudson-Mohawk convergence sets up later on. 9.5". 14" on the ground. 8F/5F with S+.
