BTV weigh-in.. They seem a bit more excited for some light snow accum.

AFD....Otherwise...have reviewed the latest 12z data and will be increasing probability of precipitation tonight with a light snow event likely for portions of the County Warning Area. Several synoptic and mesoscale features coming together to produce a dusting to several inches of snow across the region...especially dacks/Green Mountains and the eastern cpv. &&

Not that it matters but the nam is pretty good at 18z.

I was concerned when you posted this, bc i figured you meant more for your area and less N shore of Boston.

18z nam looks tad better s shore ne pym county in particular. Worse cape Ann

But as the good Rev said this is gonna be a now cast, just dont wanna see models push this ne of ptown

That BTV WRF  QPF cracks me up w this Meso Low.

18z Total Precip similar to it's earlier ridiculous printouts

http://www.weather.gov/btv/4kmwrf

Gives fish just  couple miles E of Boston and SE of Salem/Cape Ann well over an inch of QPF some areas 2+

Over land gives OUTER cape close to 1.0

Bos Metro (N/S shores) .25 -.35 including all of PYM county

goes to town around midnite
