The rise prior to that was remarkably even...not the quick torch like Saturday night: 11:00AM - 25 11:30 AM - 26 12:00 PM - 27 12:30 PM - 28 1:00 PM - 29 1:30 PM - 30 2:00 PM - 31 2:30 PM - 32 3:00PM - 33 3:30 PM - 32 Precip type seems to still be rain, but it will start to ice if the temperature drop continues.
