Those maps look like the axis is SE CT to SE Mass.

Yeah...also if the CCB gets cranking early...its actually going to try and hook left up into E MA...that would favro from Steve's area to near BOS and even Ray could sneak in on some decent totals if that happened. (i.e. the gradient would become a little more tilted to W/E vs SSE/NNW)...still too early to say if that happens, but its a scenario to think about.

Don't forget..these things always have those weenie bands farther NW than any models have them along the -8c isotherm. We see that everytime. I can think of countless times when MPM was worried about qpf and he ended up with 6 inches more than anyone else

I do think many will be pleased in southern and eastern sections. Out til 10-11, will make a map probably after 0z NAM/GFS come in. I think you will approve of my current thoughts.
