I mean, it sucks to rely on the nowcast, but I just don’t see this going completely pedestrian. The radar looks pretty damn good. I don’t know, maybe it’s peaking too early and will suck NoP but I’m still optimistic for a decent storm here even though I was never expecting too much.

What's everyone complaining about?

If you want to live vicariously through me, I have about 8" in the last 4 hours (Staten Island in NYC) and am under one of the heaviest snow bands I've seen in a while.

Some models underestimated the January 2015 and 2022 storms so I'm not worried over a few mesos cutting back when the storm has clearly verified more west then they're depicting.

What a complete fail of a storm honestly…I mean especially for Lancaster County. I think pretty much every model had a foot plus throughout the county and even eastern areas are struggling to get a few inches. Let this thing be over already.

totally sucks and i've had it happen numerous times. seem to be ok so far on the eastern side, though not getting the death bands. what do you have otg?
