  1. Past hour
  2. 1.16" since yesterday afternoon so far.
  3. Sorry to hear my brother. At least now you're getting answers and hopefully your care team is putting a plan together. Were you, or are you in afib?
  4. Only 0.16" here this morning after missing yesterday's storms. Hoping to get some more rain this afternoon. The stuff in PA should swing through here.
  5. at this rate i'd rather funnel water in from long island sound and de-salinate it by hand myself to cure a drought than have it rain again this month
  6. Probably not for the heat, but I don't like dampness
  7. 52F 1.13” of rain since midnight 2.00” for storm total through 11:00 am today .
  8. 1.87" since yesterday, 4.04" for the month, 48/47 with steady rain ongoing.
  9. 52F 1.13” of rain since midnight 2.00” for storm total through 11:00 am today .
  10. May 8 - 12, 2020 saw snow reported 5 straight days at Detroit (T, T, 0.5, T, T). Five consecutive days of May snow has never happened before in the entire climate record. Today was likely the last frost of the season...with the first only 4.5-5 months away!
  11. Only .2 inches overnight. Nothing yesterday. Not the rain we needed here.
  12. Frosty May morning in SE MI. Detroit officially got to 36F, with some rural areas dipping below freezing.
  13. Just judging by radar, is there dry air coming in from the east or is just a more South to North flow?
  14. Quick mover . Dry slot in by late afternoon. Looks like 1” -1.5” based on that look
  15. That’s my theory. This time of year there is a huge temperature difference at the north wall of the Gulf Stream. From 80 degree water to 50s in a matter of miles. And the convection seems to fire just to the north west of the north wall.
  16. River's Edge trails are probably pretty wild rn.
  17. Looks like a winter storm, quick burst then dry slot
  18. .14 since midnight....Potomac at Brunswick looks higher than it's been in a long time....good news as we head into summer.
  19. One positive is that now both weekend days are forecast to be dry. So this will be gone by tomorrow morning.
  20. Does it have anything to do with the gulf stream? We just had another bout of heavy rain a few minutes ago.
