Temperature and time of day/night and intensity determines if it sticks later in March into April and usually snow events are hard to predict more than a couple days in advance this late in the season

the models did but weather forecasts were downplaying it. Pittsburgh got 3-5 inches and the forecast was for less than an inch

call me crazy but i had a deja voo that we'll get at least one more snow event here before spring comes in
