Man, the deformation axis over the eastern shore is going to be WILD. 2-3”/hr rates in some of these at this point. Got a nice coastal front signature near Fenwick and the MD/DE border at the coast. Incredible

Ryan hall just said that Harrington Delaware has received 5 inches so far.

The lights just flickered... Shit

I missed out on the big January storm so I’m enjoying this. From the get-go I was thinking for me that 2 inches is a bust, 3-6 acceptable, and 7 inches a boom. So I’ll just enjoy what little bit I get and I’ll rationalize it’s all ok …. by saying well, I got a total re-whitening, I can enjoy it for two days then it’ll mostly be gone, no heavy shoveling or chipping out chunks of ice, just going to enjoy it — in the snowlight. It’s a good night for a snowlight.

So far eyeballing 1”+ on deck rail.

After falling a few degrees the temperature seems to have leveled off at least for the last hour or so at 33.3°/Columbia. All white except sidewalks and streets. Even driveway finally is whitening.

Both our houses look to be right next to the western edge... either way has been a fun night.

Yeah i think i’m just outside of the western edge, just hoping the back building from HGR keeps me going until midnight

Yeah right now we both seem to be in a nice secondary band of snow. Doesn't seem like its really going anywhere from radar so maybe we'll be fine.

Nice. I’ll look at whatever your final report is when it ends tomorrow morning for my official total since I won’t be back to the house until after 7pm and it will have settled a ton.
