I really don't understand how you can accurately measure total accumulation, maybe within 2-3" estimates? South shore Suffolk got blasted, had to have been 24" here, still snowing. Tree came down in the backyard.

That table had 24" on it at 8:45am.   That cleared space (for the dog lol) now has about two or inches on it.

Went back out about 40 minutes ago (11:50)... that table now has about 28" and that cleared area had another four to five inches I had to shovel away.

This new photo, rather crappy because I just couldn't see, I had walked out to my sidewalk.. the snow was pretty much at the bottom of my coat.  (For reference, I'm 5'6".). Still snowing here, I think it has lightened up a bit.

Looks like at home is stuck in a subsidence hole. I see 19" reported in Commack. Radar looks very Jan 2022 like especially with the sound enhancement on the south shore. Maybe one last attempt to get something ongoing.

Geez-seeing 23" reported in East Meadow and 22" in Massapequa. South shore getting absolutely annihilated!
