ILoveWinter
Per radar, it doesn't seem that CPK/UWS area is under a weenie band but it's still coming down nicely nonetheless. Def possible we hit 20.
Intensewind002
Literally impossible to measure but have to assume im at around 20" of snow now

SACRUS
Heck of a storm and tracking it with you all. Nice to cash in with the 2 misses. Probably another 2-4 to go from i-95 and east in NJ.
NorthShoreWx
Haven't measured yet today, but snow stake is at 18" implying at least a 14" snowfall. We've had nothing since 7am; three hours and counting in this crazy little snow hole over the north shore of central LI. At least one sizeable limb is down from a hemlock out back. Addendum: this hole was showing up on the mesos, but I wrote it off as just an oddity of the map rendering software. That's excellent detail from the SR models. Latest HRRRRRR indicates we may get a relative break soon, but only crumbs left at that point.

I am just more shocked with the RGEM for a complete failure especially 36-24 to 12 hours prior to the event. Just horrendous. I'm not, not at all. I, and others, were saying that the Rgem almost always runs too dry on the eve of big snow events. Plus it was an outlier compared to all the other short range models. The GFS is the real winner in all of this, it was the only one showing a hit like 3 days ago hardly wavered got mocked endlessly by us then gave us the ol' middle finger at the end and said how about me now? Monty
Happy for the coast and immediate metro. This came up short in N/C Jersey. 14" in Montgomery, no drifts, tame wind. Nice storm, not one of the all-timers here.

Broken clock and all that. What model do you think performed best? It looked to me like the NAM picked up on the sharp cutoffs to the west and the 10" I have here are maybe a bit over what it's last couple of runs showed for western NJ, but definitely within the range.
