North and West
dtwxrisk was in youtube chat again last night arguing with joe cioffi and joe rao he will never apologize for being wrong about the gfs..Sometimes you’re (the general you, not you specifically) wrong. That’s all. Have some humility and try again next time..

eduggs
Central Morris County: 14.5", 29.2F. The snow tapered off about an hour ago? It seems early to be over. Not quite historic and not as fun here in NJ as the Jan 25th event was visiting up in Putnam and Dutchess Counties due to less favorable timing and warmer temperatures, but still a really enjoyable event!

No complaints though, still light snow here and closing in on 12" event total.

This is nuts Old snowblower died this year after lack of use and upkeep (shame on me), so I went out and shoveled the 8" I had by midnight last night to get a headstart. I knew it'd get blown around somewhat, maybe even lose 50% of my work. I did not expect it to look exactly as if I had done nothing.

Not historic totals by any means here, but the wind brought us legitimate blizzard conditions overnight. Still fun!Obviously more as you keep going south and east..
eduggs
Bummer for metro west. Looking at radar, it looks like the City is in a solid band. Congrats! Just flurries/light snow out this way. NYC East Winter.

Just flurries/light snow out this way. NYC East Winter. I am in Union County and we've been in moderate snow with heavy bursts pretty much all morning. Most locations are going to push 20-26 in the Essex, Union, Middlesex, Monmouth corridors.

Northof78
Millburn, NJ (W Essex County) somewhere between 18 - 21" most likely (estimated) and heavy snow with large flakes (probably snowing @ 1.5"/hr.). In the E NJ band by about 5-6 miles....Huge difference between EWR and W of MMU.
