HRRR still pretty juiced but it shifted things south this run. Not gonna worry about this one much til tomorrow... would really just like a dusting

HRRR has more utility than the SREFs but agree with the sentiment. Just wanted to kick off the 18z cycle with a decent run!

Fair enough! I just remember years ago living up north in South Jersey-Cape May County for about a year in 2013/2014. Felt like it snowed every week for about a month and a half in the winter of 2014. I "discovered" HRRR because it rebooted every hour, so I thought it would be a neat tool during events especially. And even within a couple hours it was just so bad especially with placement.

12k is def HRRR like with the best stuff rolling through Cville - actually a fairly impactful little band. 3K says it hopes everyone likes .5". But both are improved

hrrr and 12k nam are showing a bit of a higher ceiling with this, theres always a chance for a shift north

We’re in a time where an inch is a win.

I hate this hobby and I’m clearly bitter

With historic cold for 10+ days, its a damn shame we cant get a warning criteria pure snow event. Eastern NC can though! Thems the breaks.
