Oweh has been playing like ass after having his first decent season, and would be a free agent after this season. 8 million dollar savings against the cap. DeCosta probably not done- trying to make this sorry ass team better now, but more so planning for the future. Mark Andrews is gonna be next. This is the very best thing in the whole world - even eclipses a record 6 foot captured blizzard in DC in January followed by -30 degree Fahrenheit cold.
