Was I hallucinating when I saw a huge line of storms and rain this morning on the radar in WV that I expected to experience this afternoon? I checked back and nothing is there. It just went poof? Tuesday night Wednesday morning looks like 25-30F for most areas for 3-6 hours except error prone DCA.
