ughhh debating on whether to stay in Branford or just go back to WeHa. Part of me is thinking staying here. I'm also wondering if mesoanalysis is accurately reflecting things down this way. It has to be more unstable than it shows

Head north. You're much more likely to get spinners near the front, which as everyone has noticed is now well north up near MA border. Also, still a lot of CIN near the coast. I think you'll do better up by HFD.

That front is moving south fast. HFD is next.

GFS up to its old disappearing-QPF tricks - AUG-WVL-RUM triangle under 1/2" on 12z op run, after being 1"+ this time yesterday.  AUG was reporting light rain at 2 PM, but it hasn't made it here, 2 miles SE from the airport.  Radar just falling apart as it tries to enter Maine.  Still time, however, as there's a long reach upstream.

Man...just a synoptic drenching right now.

65°

Feels like October after this past weekend.

63/61F  Light to moderate rain about .20" so far.  Windows wide open with cool, refreshing breeze coming through.  Feels great after my "heatwave"  85, 89, 86  the past 3 days.  I'll take as many 0F days you can throw me but would not mind if I never experience another 95/73 type day in my life.

Turning the corner now on the seasons,  I would guess right around July 22nd ish? might be New England's max averages?

Think you should be in hartford

Wouldn't make it in time...well I might but I would have no time to make adjustments. I'm going to end up going to Wallingford I think...there are some awesome views around the police station...pretty open and there is a park too which is open with good views.

Yeah...climo peak is around 7/20 for us. There's plenty of dog days to go though. It's like thinking about spring on January 22nd.
