Any chance you could throw one up for northern Balt/Carroll into southern PA? Have a shadowing effect from the higher terrain surrounding my local in Hanover, somewhat similar to Frederick, and I have really never took the time to see why. Seriously! 1/16 was the windiest 20"+ for the DC area since 1899 (I know 2/9-10/10 was a windier 20"+ for the northern Baltimore region). It even had thunder that lots of us heard.
