It's all geography. Storms went to the west, north, south and east. What pissed me of this time is that pretty much all of suffolk got slammed. Even barrier islands look at the precip in New England now. And I was under a flood watch and they weren't

I feel your pain. Literally received nothing more than a few raindrops here in Lindenhurst (SW Suffolk) while everyone else seems to have seen some action at least. Same thing happened last week as well!

We definitly have a similar climate. Being further east though you have done better the last few winters in the big storms. I guess you just missed on the suffolk cell then. Good thing we got a nice soaking last weekend or we would be heading in to severe drought
