It's like in the winter when he wants us to embrace a fantasy snowstorm with the reasoning if enough people want it, we can actually control the weather and pull it north/south/east/west to where it needs to be. Would favor some warm temps and higher dews potentially and the jet stream would be nearby still and probably still strong. That is actually a good look for NY/PA.
